Bank of Cyprus has put up for sale some 350 properties that it owns in Greece, as part of efforts to reduce bad loans and up capital levels.
The real estate, left on its balance sheet from the bank's debt to asset swap program, includes land, residential, retail, offices and hotels amongst others. Prices start off at 1,000 euros.
The top home up for sale is a two level maisonette in Thrakomakedones (above photo) with a price tag of 1.5 million euros. The property has a basement and covers a total area of 972 square meters. More at https://www.remuproperties.com/Greece/en/property-listing
