Eurobank sells Capsis resort in Rhodes for 30 mln euros

Eurobank has sold the 691 room Capsis resort hotel in Rhodes to a Greek investor for some 30 million euros, a Greek website reported Wednesday.

Naftemporiki,gr said that hotel owner Nikos Koutras, who owns two hotels on the island of Kos, has agreed to buy Capsis Hotel in a deal that will be finalised by Easter.

Eurobank had initially received 26 bids for the hotel, which has been shut for the last five year, and then seven more from investors in the tender’s second stage, Naftemporiki added.
