First rise in Greece's office space prices since 2010
The price of prime office space in Greece rose in 2016, for the first time since the country's debt crisis erupted in 2010, the Bank of Greece, the country's central bank said Thursday.
The bank said that prime office prices rose 0.6% acrooss the country versus drops of 0.1% and 3.5% in 2015 and 2014 respectively.
A breakdown of the figures shows that nomimal prime office prices for the year rose 0.1% in Athens, 0.8% in Thessaloniki and 1.2% in the rest of Greece.
The central bank added that office rents in 2016 fell 0.6%, slowing from a drop of 1.5% in 2015 and a dip of 9.6% in 2014.
