Labor Ministry rents out 74 properties in Athens center

Greece's Labor Ministry has launched a tender to rent 74 properties it owns in the center of Athens as part of efforts to boost revenues from the assets.

In an announcement published on its website last week, the Labor Ministry said that interested parties have until November 24 to submit an offer.

The tender is being held as a pilot program by the Labor Ministry that may rent out more than 1,000 additional properties it owns throughout the country, depending on demand shown for the 74 properties.
