Properties at Piraeus Bank e-auction start at 13,000 euros

Piraeus Bank will hold a third round of electronic property auctions on December 13-14, with prices starting from 13,000 euros.

The properties are tied to billions of euros of non performing loans left on the bank's balance sheets from Greece's eight year economic downturn. Results in the previous two auctions earlier this year have been mixed despite the bank trying to boost property sales by offering finance to those bidding for the assets.
