SOLD-Trastor buys Chania building from Piraeus Bank for 1.3 mln euros

Real estate company Trastor, majority owned by US investment fund Varde Partners, has approved the acquisition of a two level building in Chania, Crete for 1.3 million euros, it said in a statement.

The building covers 2,907 square meters and is located on the corner of Skalidi & Manousogiannakidon streets in Chania. Trastor will buy the property from Piaraeus Bank.
