Piraeus Bank, the country’s largest lender, will proceed with its next batch of online home auctions on June 19-20, putting 37 properties under the hammer.
Bidding prices will commence at 8,000 euros and will go up to 510,000 euros and properties will include apartments, offices, stores and lots of land in Athens, Thessaloniki and other parts of Greece.
It is the fifth batch of properties that the bank is selling electronically after launching the procedure about a year ago. In most of these auctions, the bank sells about one in two properties put up for sale.
