Cement company Titan said that profits rose in the third quarter of the year and that positive trends are emerging in Greek construction activity, driven by growth in tourism.
Titan, which operates in 14 countries, said that "the restart of major projects in Greece, that would energize the construction sector, is not anticipated before the end of 2018," adding that "private building activity remains at low levels."
Titan recently announced that it will move its primary share listing from Athens to Brussel's Euronext market to better reflect its international outlook and footprint. The company will have a secondary listing of its shares in Athens and Euronext Paris.
It announced a 32.5 percent rise in net profit for the third quarter to 25.4 million euros.
