Kilada Hills investment tees off in 418 mln euro project

After a decade of delays, Greece will give the go ahead for the construction of a golf course to be built as part of a 418 million euro hotel investment in Argolida, located in the eastern Peloponnese.

Development Minister Adonis Georgiadis will sign the building permit for an 18 hole golf course that will be part of the Kilada Hills resort at a ceremony to be held on Friday. Construction on the project is expected to start in coming months.

Dolphin Capital will build the resort on a 235 hectare site, that will include a 100 room hotel, villas and residencies, sports facilities and stores.
