EBRD buys into first green bond from Noval Property

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has invested 12 million euros in the first green bond issued by Noval Property in Greece totaling 120 million euros, it said in a statement.

Noval Property, a subsidiary of Viohalco, is the second-largest real estate investment company (REIC) in Greece in terms of assets, with a current portfolio of 43 commercial properties valued at 390 million euros.
