Intracom sells stake in Mykonos hotel for 28.5 mln euros

Intracom Holdings has agreed to sell its stake in the ‘Kalo Livadi’ hotel development in Mykonos for 28.5 million euros to Amicross, the company said in a statement.

The five star resort, consisting of two hotels and luxury villas, is being built with UK investment firm London and Regional Properties (LRP).

Stretching over 24 acres, the development includes the construction of two restaurants, a spa and 12 private villas, for rent or sale, on the southern side of the Greek island.
