New logistics investment in Greece for Trastor

Real estate investment company Trastor has announced the acquisition through its 100% subsidiary DORIDA SA of a land plot of 16,013.50 sqm, located at "Melissia" area in Aspropyrgos, west of Athens.

The land plot is adjacent to existing logistics properties held by the company. The price for the acquisition amounted to 800,000 euros. The company intends to develop on this land a prime Logistics warehouse, the first with LEED certification, it said in a statement.

"After successive investments of more than 29.4 million euros in the prime logistic sector, Trastor continues to expand its footprint and intends to implement new sustainable development standards for the construction of this new logistic center," said CEO Tassos Casinos.

"This investment enhances the operational efficiency of our existing tenants in the most modern distribution center in the area, and secures significant appreciation returns for our shareholders".
