ULI Greece & Cyprus to hold Athens conference Nov. 30

ULI Greece & Cyprus invites you to its third annual conference, which will take place as a hybrid event at the Athens Grand Hyatt hotel, on 30 November 2021. International and local delegates can attend the event virtually or in-person.
The theme of the conference is: “Meta-pandemic re-alignment: the user in the epicenter of re-designing space”. It will explore how people and cities will adjust to the post-pandemic 'normal', in the face of climate change, social concerns and the threat of future health crises. We will also present and reflect on the results of the ULI and PwC annual survey ‘Emerging Trends in Real Estate®: Europe 2022’.
The conference will be moderated by Stelios Bouras, Journalist and Blogger at GreekGuru.net, and will be hosted in English.
